Overview

The House of Dagmar Insight Platform (the “Platform”) is an internal, invite-only tool operated on behalf of House of Dagmar and developed by Qvalento. This policy explains what data the Platform processes, which third-party technologies it relies on, and how your information is kept secure.

The Platform is intended for authorised House of Dagmar staff and invited collaborators only. It is not a consumer product and is not directed at the general public.

Information we collect

  • Account & identity data: your name, email address, and (when you sign in with Google) your Google profile information such as your display name and profile picture.
  • Authentication data: session tokens and cookies required to keep you securely signed in.
  • Usage data: content you create within the Platform, such as saved UTM campaign links and any notes, together with a record of which account created them.
  • Business reporting data: operational data drawn from connected sources (for example affiliate and returns data) that the Platform presents for reporting purposes.

Technology & third-party services

The Platform is built with a modern web stack. The key services below process data on our behalf, and each has its own privacy and security commitments:

  • Supabase (authentication & database): We use Supabase for user authentication and as our primary database. Supabase manages user accounts, secure login sessions, and stores the application data described above. Authentication relies on secure, HTTP-only cookies to maintain your session.
  • Google Sign-In (OAuth): You can sign in using your Google account. When you do, Google shares a limited set of profile details (name, email address, and profile picture) with the Platform via Supabase Auth. We do not receive or store your Google password. Your use of Google Sign-In is also governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Google BigQuery (analytics data): Certain reporting features query data warehoused in Google BigQuery to surface aggregated business insights.
  • Next.js & hosting: The Platform is a Next.js application. Our hosting provider processes standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) as part of serving the application securely.

How we use your information

  • To authenticate you and keep your session secure.
  • To provide the Platform's features, including saving and attributing the content you create.
  • To generate and display performance reporting and insights.
  • To maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Platform — primarily to keep you signed in via Supabase Auth. These cookies are essential for the service to function and are not used for advertising.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only with the service providers listed above (such as Supabase and Google) to the extent needed to operate the Platform, and where required by law.

Data retention & security

We retain data for as long as necessary to operate the Platform and meet House of Dagmar's legitimate business needs. Data is protected using industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and provider-level security offered by Supabase and Google Cloud.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Because the Platform is operated for House of Dagmar, please direct such requests to your House of Dagmar contact or reach us at the address below.
